One client. Two ways to connect.
Use the unified client to access other devices and, where supported, allow access to this device. Download the account client here, or get a no-account Agent installer for a device group in your workspace.

Use the same client to access other devices and enable “Allow this device to be controlled remotely” in settings when needed. Signing in registers this device without enabling remote access automatically or requiring another client.

Want AI to work with your devices?
Bring the target online, then configure MCP access for your external AI client.
Before you install.
Check where to install and how access works before making your first connection.
Read the setup guideDo I need separate controller and remote-target clients?
No. Windows and macOS use one account client: sign in to access other devices, and enable access to this device in settings when needed. If the target should not sign in, use a no-account Agent from your workspace. See the platform description for other systems.
Do I need to sign in to download? What does no-account mean?
The account client can be downloaded publicly here; sign in inside the app after installation. No-account means the target device does not sign in. An admin still signs in to the workspace to obtain its group installer, command, or QR code, and remote operators still need authorization.
Which operating system and architecture should I choose?
Use the installation target’s system information. On Windows, check System type; on a Mac, check its chip or processor. Detection on this page identifies the device running your browser and cannot determine another device’s architecture.
Does signing in automatically enable remote access to this device?
No. Signing in registers the client in the selected workspace; registration does not mean remote access is enabled. On supported platforms, enable it in settings, confirm the device group, and complete system authorization. You can also only access other devices or use your browser.
