Terms of Service
Terms for using Agent WAN remote device access.
Last updated: 2026-08-09
Agreement and Authority
By using the service, you accept these terms. You may register or operate a device only when you own it or have clear authorization from its owner and affected users. You are responsible for the actions of members, API keys, Agents, and integrations in your workspace.
Service
Agent WAN provides remote device access, including workspace membership, device groups and Agent installation, device presence, node selection, scoped operation-ticket issuance, audit records, billing, and support. Availability, latency, and remote-control capability depend on networks, Agents, nodes, operating systems, and third-party providers.
Credentials and Roles
Keep account credentials, API keys, invitation links, node keys, client certificates, and operation tickets confidential. Assign the least-privileged workspace role and API scope. Notify us immediately of suspected compromise and revoke affected credentials. A one-time ticket does not expand the scope granted by its permanent API key.
Acceptable Use
You must not access devices without permission; evade user consent or security controls; distribute malware; steal data or credentials; disrupt the service; probe another tenant; resell capacity in violation of your plan; or use the service in violation of law. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate activity that threatens users or infrastructure.
Plans, Quotas, and Billing
Device and member limits apply to the selected workspace. Paid subscriptions are billed through the selected provider. A cancellation may remain effective through the current paid period; quotas may return to the free limits when entitlement expires. Taxes, refunds, renewals, and payment disputes are subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.
Customer Data and Privacy
You retain rights in your device and business data and authorize us to process it only to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for required notices and consent for remote monitoring, recording, file access, terminal commands, and personal data processed through your devices.
Security and Availability
We use layered controls but do not promise that the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from compromise. Maintain backups and an independent recovery path for critical systems. Do not rely on this service as the sole control for safety-critical, medical, emergency, or similarly high-risk operations.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription. We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, material breach, legal obligation, or an urgent security risk. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Liability and Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages are excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We may revise these terms for product, legal, or security changes and will update the date above for material revisions.
