- Permission to install the device app on the target machine.
- An online device with the necessary operating-system permissions.

Before you begin
- Sign in to the workspace that owns the device.
- Check that the device is online and accessible to your role.
Install and register the device
Use the installation instructions for the selected device group. Complete the permissions requested by the operating system.
Open the device details
Find the device in the workspace list. Choose desktop, files, terminal, or the other tools available for that device.
Finish and close the session
Check the result and close the remote session when finished. Review the related operation record if you need to follow up.
If the connection does not start
An action is unavailable
Check your role, device-group permissions, platform support, and operating-system permissions. The visible tools follow the access available to you.
